Meet the Founder
From an early age, Reiss was immersed in the world of automotive and motorsport, discovering his passion for cars through karting at just eight years old. By the age of 14, he was working alongside his Grandad, restoring and repairing classic Minis, developing a strong foundation in mechanical craftsmanship.
Reiss completed his mechanics apprenticeship with Vauxhall, gaining valuable industry expertise before moving on to work with some of the UK’s most prestigious automotive brands, including Mercedes Group, Lotus Motorsport, and V.A.G, where he became a Head Technician. His extensive experience spans everything from engine replacements to advanced diagnostics, making RL Automotive a trusted name for all vehicle needs.
